And the 32-year-old charity CEO looked tense as he stepped out for a solo outing while filming the social experiment in Sydney on November 18.

The photos were taken by Daily Mail Australia just days before Jake awkwardly asked his bride if she was into him during their last date before their final vows.

The former AFL footballer was moving his arms around erratically while speaking through his Bluetooth headset.

He was casually dressed in a grey t-shirt which he paired with black denim jeans and flip flops.

Jake kept a low profile by wearing sunglasses to cover his face.

During Wednesday night’s episode, while on a date with Beck on a yacht, the charity CEO asked: ‘My cards are on the table. You know that I like you, you know that I’m into you. What I need now is that… is what you feel for me?

A very long awkward pause ensued between the pair, but Jake changed the topic saying: ‘I think the biggest challenge you and I are gonna face is the logistic challenge, with the Melbourne to Perth thing.’

The pause was noticed by audiences who went into a meltdown, with many understanding Beck’s non-response as a ‘no’.

Plenty of viewers took to Twitter to share their thoughts, including one who said: ‘No Jake, the answer’s no and you know it,’ while another said: ‘If you have to ask SHE DOESN’T LIKE YOU!!!!!!!!’

‘Someone needs to give Jake the book “He’s just not that into you,”‘ one said.

‘As much as I like Jake he’s a bit thick thinking Bec has feelings for him,’ a fourth wrote.

‘Why does Jake crave Bec’s approval so bad?? He’s such a catch and he’s acting like he has nothing to offer and she’s the best he can do,’ wrote another.
