Her children’s body care brand is expected to earn her more than £3 million in the first year, and Knightley’s Adventures will launch with a range of 10 products.

Her children’s range will be released in every Tesco store in the UK in early May, and it is understood to be the largest deal the retailer has signed with a celebrity pre-launch.

Last month, Sam told Paul Knightley she wants a third child in ‘one more year’ despite him admitting he is ‘not having’ another anytime soon.

The couple are already parents to Paul Jr, five, and Rosie, three, and Sam is thinking about expanding their brood as she doesn’t want her next baby to be too apart in age from their siblings.

On an episode of The Mummy Diaries, the couple were kept up until 4am as they tried to get Rosie to sleep in her own bed.

Speaking about their current nighttime difficulties, Sam said: ‘It’s not going to happen overnight.

‘You need to get them into a routine. She’s older and wiser so it’s going to take a bit of time.’

The conversation then moved to the couple expanding their family, with Sam admitting she wants another child sooner rather than later.

She told Paul: ‘If a third baby comes along, breastfeeding co-sleeping, we don’t want too much of a big gap.’

Paul sounded considerably less enthusiastic about the prospect as he replied: ‘I’m not having another baby yet.’

Smiling, Sam replied: ‘One more year.’
