Keeping Up With the Kardashians to end its 20-season run with reunion special hosted by Andy Cohen

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is currently airing its final season on E! after well over a decade on the network.

The reality series will conclude with an all-encompassing reunion special starring Kris, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and Scott covering all 20 seasons and hosted by Andy Cohen, the network revealed on Wednesday.

E! released a promo video to announce the news with Andy Cohen and the Kardashian-Jenners using old footage from their FaceTime phone call prank from back in December.

End of an era: Keeping Up With the Kardashians will conclude with an all-encompassing reunion special starring Kris, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and Scott covering all 20 seasons and hosted by Andy Cohen, the network revealed on Wednesday

The promo video begins just like the other FaceTime prank videos, with the Momager front and center, surrounded by her famous daughters.

Andy Cohen, 52, answers the call exclaiming: ‘Holy Kardashian Jenners!’

The stony faced beauties say nothing in response and then burst out laughing – a bit awkwardly – since it’s clear they didn’t actually call the Bravo host. His bit is very obviously edited in.

‘While I have you all here, can I share the big news?’ asks Cohen before revealing that he would be hosting the upcoming Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special.

E! promises that the special event will see the Kardashian-Jenners (plus Scott Disick) ‘discuss the biggest moments from their era-defining series.’

The 20th and final season of KUWTK is airing right now on E! and focusing primarily on Kim Kardashian’s troubled marriage with estranged husband Kanye West.

Since filming the show, the 40-year-old recently minted billionaire has filed for divorce from the rapper.

No holds barred: Cohen revealed that he will be sitting down with Kris, Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, Kylie and Scott for a reunion special covering all 20 seasons of KUWTK

Recently, Caitlyn Jenner confirmed to ET that she will be appearing in the reality series’ final season ahead of its highly anticipated premiere on Thursday.

‘Put it this way, I am in the final season. Over the 10 years I did the show, I really enjoyed doing the show,’ the 71-year-old Olympian told the outlet. She was not, however, listed by E! among those appearing in the reunion.

Kim was the first to reveal the sad news via social media and the rest of the family soon shared the prepared statement.

‘I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years,’ Kim wrote on Instagram. ‘This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever.’

The family told the MailOnline that the cancellation was equally ’emotional’ for the whole family who made the decision together.

Despite the end of an era on E!, it will not be the end of television for the Kardashian-Jenner family. The group recently inked a huge content deal with streaming giant Hulu.

Kris took the news to social media, writing: ‘Excited to announce our new multi year partnership with Hulu and Star and what’s to come in 2021 @hulu’.

Their undisclosed new project will bow sometime next year and will be available in multiple territories outside the United States.

Star, which runs both traditional TV channels and the streaming service Hotstar, is an India-based company that like Hulu is a subsidiary of Disney.

The Kardashian-Jenners’ upcoming content will be out late in 2021, the same year Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs its series finale on E!
