Gushing over her love, Daya continued: ‘We’ve been dating for 3 years now. She’s my best friend and my whole world. I’m so lucky.’

‘I think it truly shows that arc of my sexuality and me as a person and everything. It’s about finding myself for the past five years, it feels like this full circle in a weird way.’

The Pittsburgh pop star officially revealed she was a proud bisexual in a National Coming Out Day post in 2018.

She wrote: ‘I’m proud to be a bisexual member of the LGBTQ community. Happy 1st national coming out day to me! What a crazy thing!’

Back then, the star was still gushing over Clyde, ‘who makes me feel more like me every day.’

The Don’t Let Me Down hitmaker hasn’t exactly hidden the fact that she’s been dating the Interscope Records staffer.

‘All I gotta say is follow your gut and don’t feel like you owe any sort of explanation to anyone. Your sexuality is yours only so build with it at a pace that works for you,’ Daya urged her fans.

‘The support has been beyond and though it wasn’t always easy I also recognize how privileged I am to have had so much of it, so I especially wanna be there for those of [you] who aren’t surrounded by the most accepting family/friends/communities.

‘Stay authentic, talk thru it with people [you] trust, know you’re loved, and that I’m thinking of [you]. That’s my long post of the month love y’all be gay be free be wild [and] love lots.’
