Holly made the post in a bid to educate her followers on how to lose weight safely, explaining that she made sensible decisions so as not to trigger her bulimia.

She told her followers: ‘I lost around 16lb that was before my engagement party. I’m down another 7lb since then… All down to calorie deficit and consistent movement.

‘No gym throughout lockdown 1 so I was just making sure I was on the bike each day. Then lockdown two came and we created live subs which has been a god send.’

Holly then recommended her own Fat Loss Fitness Plan that she created with her trainer Tyler Kane.

The gym bunny added that she still allows herself treats, and didn’t let her fitness goals stop her from enjoying the long Easter weekend.

‘Ate every Easter egg in sight and now resemble one,’ she told her followers in the Q&A catch up.

She explained: ‘I’ve done the whole “let’s only eat chicken rice and veg and be super healthy and clean” type diet and failed miserably each and every time.

‘Want to know why? Because it’s not realistic to the every day person. We live stressful lives and eating “healthy” is subjective.

She continued: ‘I know if I cut out all chocolate and biscuits I would then end up craving them and, leading to a huge binge which could then trigger my bulimia.

‘THAT would not be healthy. So by allowing myself the foods I enjoy will still allow me to reach my goals.

‘I’m not eating for optimal health and performance I’m not an athlete. I’m eating to enjoy a balance lifestyle with everything I love and enjoy, which does include a mix of everything.’

One fan asked her: ‘How’s the wedding planning going? Everyone around me is so negative about it, it’s hard to stay excited!’

The reality star replied candidly of the Covid regulation chaos: ‘People are doing my head in to be honest.

‘I’m sick of the negative articles being passed around to me daily. Everyone just needs to chill until we get an announcement.

‘If it happens it happens. If it doesn’t it doesn’t,’ she added.

She told FUBAR Radio recently: ‘At the moment, the wedding is still on. So thankfully my wedding planner, she lives in Ibiza anyway. That’s where we’re having the wedding… Anything that she hears, she feeds back to me.

‘It’s hard because I want to get excited about the little things. But actually, all I really care about is getting those people in one place.

‘I don’t care what anyone looks like. I don’t care if I have to wear a mask. I honestly do not care. I just need those people in that place to watch us get married. And that’s it.

Holly and Jacob started dating in 2017 and have already had to postpone their special day once due to the ongoing pandemic.
