The 52-year-old former reality star was spotted having lunch with her 42-year-old beau in Manhattan’s Downtown area on Thursday.
The two share a tumultuous history, which includes Bensimon’s 2009 assault arrest for allegedly punching Stefanov in the face.

She kept her legs covered in a pair of black leggings and wore matching ballet flats for the afternoon stroll.
The model had a large quilted Chanel tote hanging over her shoulder for the outing and left her flowing hombre waves down as the couple headed to their meal.
Alex kept things a bit more casual in his layered look with a sportscoat and jeans.

‘She was arrested on March 5 at 9:10 a.m. for punching her fiancé in the face, and [she] gave him a laceration under his left eye. She was arrested for assault — it’s a misdemeanor,’ the New York City Police Department told People at the time.
The New York Post reported that Bensimon may have also been attacked, as a source said she was sporting ‘a fat lip.
