Alex Jones was left red-faced on The One Show on Wednesday night after viewers compared her to Mr Blobby due to her unfortunate wardrobe choice.
The presenter, 44, announced last week she was pregnant with her third child, a baby girl.
But Alex suffered a fashion faux pas with her maternity style after fans said she looked like Mr Blobby because of her pink and yellow spotty cardigan.

Alex was mortified that fans had compared her to the Mr Blobby- a bulbous pink figure covered with yellow spots and green jiggling eyes who originally featured on Noel Edmonds’ Saturday night variety show Noel’s House Party.
One wrote on Twitter: ‘Alex rocking the Mr Blobby look on #TheOneShow tonight’.
Another added: ‘So that’s what happened to Mr Blobby!’, while a third chimed: ‘Alex Jones looking like Mr Blobby today’.

On the show, the bashful presenter said: ‘I’ve had lots of comments as well on Twitter, thank you very much, saying how much I look like Mr Blobby.’
‘To be fair, now that you mention it… I can’t help but agree.’
She then asked her co-host Jermaine Jenas: ‘Why didn’t I see that before I got dressed?’
To which the retired footballer quipped: ‘I did. I just didn’t tell you.’

The presenter already has sons Teddy, four, and Kit, 22 months, with her husband, insurance broker Charlie Thomson.
Announcing her happy news, the TV host said: ‘I feel really nervous all of a sudden… it just seems like a good time to share some news with everybody and the crew in the studio for the first time.
‘Lockdown has been anything but predictable, and we’ve had some really unexpected news, baby number three is on the way!’

Alex’s co-host Ronan Keating, 44, and the studio started applauding the star for her exciting announcement.
Alex said to Ronan: ‘I need all the tips,’ to which the Irish singer, who has five children, replied: ‘Oh yeah, loads of them, loads of them. I’m so excited for you.’
The presenter added: ‘Yeah, we didn’t see that one coming… but yeah, we’re delighted.’
Asked by Ronan whether she is excepting a boy or girl, Alex excitedly revealed: ‘A little girl… a little girl!’
Alex also shared the news to her Instagram where she shared a sweet black-and-white photo with her husband Charlie and their two sons – Teddy and Kit.
