Lisa Vanderpump apologizes to Kelly Dodd following feud over Pump dine and dash accusations: ‘Would love to host you’

Kelly Dodd hit back and defended herself against accusations that she had been banned from Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants following a dine and dash incident.

And in the wake of their growing social media feud, Vanderpump has since taken to Twitter to offer an apology — of sorts.

‘Gosh of course I was told there was a problem and you didn’t pay,’ the reality star, 60, began in a tweet she posted on Saturday.

Denial: Dodd has maintained she paid her portion of the tab since the allegation surfaced in 2016

Mixing it up: Lisa Vanderpump, 60, and Kelly Dodd, 45, have been feuding over Pump dine and dash allegations that originated in 2016

Vanderpump went on explain, ‘I was away but of course whatever you say,… I apologize if there was such a fiasco and apologize on behalf of all my staff. Would love to host you.’

But from the sounds of things, the apology has not yet quelled any lingering animosity between the two ladies.

‘Thanks for your apology. I’m just confused why you’d say I was banned when in fact I was the subject of false and defamatory allegations and cleared this up five years ago,’ Dodd, 45, shot back on Twitter.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star then suggested Vanderpump take her apology one step farther by asking: ‘I’d appreciate a post on your feeds to clear this up.’

Just last week, on her new E! show Overserved With Lisa Vanderpump, the British-born reality star claimed that a very well-known Real Housewives star had been banned from her restaurant after not settling her bill.

Tori Spelling, who was a guest on the show, maintained that it was Dodd who was the culprit, to which Vanderpump claimed, ‘Yeah, she kinda came into Pump and didn’t pay a bill.’

The incident in question went down back in 2016. Dodd was accused of arguing with a manager at the restaurant after her friends, including Vicki Gunvalson, left her with the bill,’ according to TooFab

At the time, Dodd claimed she paid her portion of the tab, and even shared a copy of her receipt, which resurfaced on Twitter after Vanderpump’s dine and dash claim was recently televised.

‘THIS IS A LIE. a) it was 6yrs ago. b) I was a guest of Vicki & her friends c) I paid my share & have the receipt & showed it back then on social media,’ Dodd wrote in a since-deleted tweet on Saturday, March 27.

‘It was the others who didn’t pay! No wonder Villa Blanca went under. #RevisionistHistory.’

One follower jumped into the conversation and commented: ‘Truth always comes out Kelly,’ for which the reality star replied, ‘She’s a known liar! That’s why she left BH.’
