Ashley Tisdale has successfully offloaded her striking Los Feliz residence for $5.78million, after purchasing the property in 2019 for 4.1million.
The High School Musical alum originally listed the 4,214-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa in January for $5.795million with the help of TJ Paradise of Sotheby’s International Realty, as reported by People.
The sale comes just days after Tisdale welcomed her first child, daughter Jupiter, with husband of nearly seven years, Christopher French.

The couple are currently settling into the sprawling Hollywood Hills home they purchased for their growing family in late January for $4.75million.
As for their former Los Feliz residence, the house was built in 1923 and the pan-Mediterranean villa sits on a fortified one-third of an acre parcel, according to The Dirt.
The main residence includes four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms while a two-story guesthouse adds another bedroom, 1.5 baths as well as a kitchenette.

Ashley briefly owned a home in the Studio City area of Los Angeles that she sold in 2016 for nearly $2.7 million to Haylie Duff, 35.
