Holly Willoughby nailed springtime dressing on Monday, when she presented This Morning in a gorgeous candy-coloured floral dress.

The TV star, 40, looked lovely in the ankle-skimming frock, which also featured floaty frill detailing and sweet three-quarter length sleeves.

With her bright blonde tresses falling in loose waves above her shoulders, Holly teamed her show-stopping dress with chic tan heels and a swipe of pink lipstick.

She then joined co-host Phillip Schofield, 58, and Secretary of State for Health Matt Hancock, 42, outside the London studio where they were served up a brunch by TV chef James Martin, 48.

Keeping the chill at bay, Holly bundled up beneath a playful lilac camel coat.

The doting mother also showed off her lovely look on Instagram alongside an optimistic message about the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions in the UK.

The former Celebrity Juice host wrote: ‘Morning Monday… today we begin to unlock slowly… any slight change in the rules , bringing us slowly back to the normality of seeing loved ones feels sooooo good! Enjoy your day… hope the sun is shining down on you.’

Holly’s seasonal glam comes a week after she revealed that socialising with other parents at ‘mum groups’ was one the ‘most important’ things that helped her as a new mother.

She said that making the effort to go to events with other families was important for the ‘socialisation’ of her baby.

During a discussion on the ongoing lockdown restrictions across the country and the impact on new parents on Tuesday’s This Morning, she admitted it was good as it ‘got her out of the house’.

She said: ‘I remember being a new mum, one of the most important things was socialisation of the baby, going to mum groups, whatever it was, music things.

‘That would be good for me because it would get me out of the house, but also great for the children to be able to socialise.’

Holly is mother to her three children, Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and six-year-old Chester, who she shares with husband Dan Baldwin, 46.

The TV favourite chooses not to show her kids’ faces on social media, but this year did post a sweet picture with her daughter Belle to mark International Women’s Day.

Posting a touching snap to Instagram of the mother-of-three hugging her daughter she captioned the snap: ‘There is a magic in her… there is a magic in all women…

‘A wild and strong magic… can you feel it…#internationalwomensday [sic]’

Earlier this month Holly spoke about how she never shows her children online as then they become ‘for consumption for everybody’.

During a discussion about Meghan Markle she said: ‘I choose not to show my children’s faces because I know that’s the deal. If you show one photograph then they’re out there!

‘They’re for consumption for everybody! Which is why I choose not to do it.’
