Ashley Tisdale has never felt ‘more exhausted’ and is in awe of her body after giving birth

She gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday.

And Ashley Tisdale admitted she’s never felt ‘more exhausted’ as she posted a glowing selfie on Instagram Monday afternoon.

The 35-year-old actress may have been lamenting a few lost hours in the day, but she looked completely at peace in the gorgeous snap shared to her 13 million followers on Instagram just days after welcoming baby Jupiter into the world.  

Ashley used a few perfectly positioned golden stars for a sleek filter as she attempted to relax at home after an intense week.

‘I don’t think I’ve ever felt more exhausted. But it is SO worth it,’ she wrote in a lengthy caption. ‘I can’t believe what my body was capable of until now, it’s amazing and I’m so grateful it brought this beautiful gift into our life.’

The High School Musical star gave birth to Jupiter Iris French with her husband Christopher by her side on Tuesday.

‘So now I will be gentle with my self and heal and I have a pretty amazing partner taking care of both the baby and me,’ she added.

Back on her Instagram stories, Ashley shared a photo her husband snapped from the hospital as she flashed a peace sign.

‘This woman blows my mind,’ he captioned the frame as she peacefully waited for the arrival of their baby girl.

Back at home, the couple eased into a new routine with help from a few friends as Haylie Duff and her fiance Matt Rosenberg sent over dinner from Katsuya.

‘Wow Thank you @haylieduff & Matt for the most amazing celebratory dinner for our entire family from Katusya,’ she wrote. So awesome.’ 

Christopher wasted no time learning how to perfect the swaddle as Ashley noted, ‘but seriously, how sweet is he. Best Dad.’
