Ne-Yo confesses his wife Crystal Renay nixed his plan to get a vasectomy… as couple prepare for third child together

Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal Renay are currently expecting their third child together, which they announced via Instagram in late February.

And in an interview with TooFab, the 41-year-old hitmaker opened up about the prospect of having a fourth, as well the ‘plans’ for a vasectomy his wife passionately nixed.

‘I am having one more [child] right now. My wife is pregnant right this second,’ he reminded to the outlet, after he was asked if it was true he wasn’t ‘having anymore children’ in the future.

Confession: Ne-Yo , 41, revealed that his wife nixed his plan to get a vasectomy during an interview with TooFab on Saturday

He clarified that his wife was the one who ‘decided that she doesn’t want any more children,’ so he is happily ‘following her lead on that.’

As he continued this walk, the singer was then asked if he was in the process of getting the sterilization procedure [vasectomy].

‘No — no, I’m not getting any surgery,’ he shot back before adding,’ but mind you, my plan WAS to get the surgery.’

It turns out Renay had nixed his idea of a vasectomy and urged him not ‘to get the surgery because if we ever decide we do want any more kids we can’t do it.’

As the discussion over their baby-making remains fluid — for now, Ne-Yo has decided to keep an open mind on the family matter.

‘Until God said “Hey, you got three more on deck, then we gonna rock with this one more and let it be that.’
