Mandy appeared to be wearing a whimsical-looking floral dress with puffed sleeves for her midday doctors appointment.

Her brunette hair was parted down the middle and styled in loose waves and she sported a mask over her face.

After speaking with her physician and learning her results, Moore returned to her vehicle and provided her fans with an update.

‘Platelets are going up, but still not great,’ the star began, while posing for the camera in a pair of clear framed sunglasses.

‘I’m on a mission to do whatever I can to get them to a solid place so I don’t have to wonder or worry during the next pregnancy.

‘Have to wait a few more months to absolutely confirm that it’s infant ITP and wasn’t gestational thrombocytopenia,’ she continued.

Moore concluded her text post by asking those also suffering from ‘low platelets ‘ to share what has worked for them in the past to get their count up.

Mandy’s candid health update comes just one day after she resumed her role of Rebecca Pearson on the set of This Is Us.

‘So grateful to be able to ease back into this job I love so much (and to  be able to bring my sweet hubby and baby to hang with me),’ she gushed to her 4.5million Instagram followers.

The two-time SAG Award winner captioned the recording: ‘Mom is BACK at work!!!’
