A wild brawl erupted at a TSA checkpoint at Atlanta’s main airport on Tuesday, and culminated with a police officer using a stun gun on two men, one of whom was seen in a viral video collapsing to the floor. 

According to the Atlanta Police Department, at around 7.30am on Tuesday they got a report about a dispute at a TSA entry point at Hartsfield Jackson Airport.

It was determined that three young men, aged between 17 and 19, were trying to enter the TSA checkpoint, but one of them did not have identification.

The trio of travelers were said to have gotten into a verbal dispute with a TSA worker, and were described by witnesses as being ‘disruptive.’ 

Police said when a bystander criticized the suspects for speaking disrespectfully to the TSA staffer, a physical altercation broke out. 

At least two of the suspects attacked the stranger who admonished them, and police were called to the scene to break up the fight.

Video shot by an eyewitness and posted on World Star Hip Hop shows a uniformed officer deploying his Taser against two of the brawlers, one of whom – a man in a red sweatshirt – goes down hard and remains prostrate on the floor. 

His companion in a white tank top attempts to get up, but the officer, with his yellow stun gun still trained on him, orders the man to ‘stay down.’ 

When the man again tries to pull himself up, the cop reactivates his Taser and yells while standing over him: ‘Hey, shut up! I’ll light your a** up again!’

The third suspect in the fight surrendered without force.

The trio, identified as Kobe Dorsey and Kaleb Johnson, both aged 19, and 17-year-old Jayden Dorsey, were arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. They have since been released. 

No injuries were reported in connection with the melee and airport operations were uninterrupted.
