Molly-Mae Hague unveils her teeth transformation after reversing her dental work

Molly-Mae Hague unveiled her teeth transformation on Tuesday after reversing her dental work and draining her fillers amid her journey to be ‘more natural’.

The former Love Island star, 21, revealed earlier this year that she was having the composite bonds on her teeth removed by Ruh Dental in Manchester after two years. 

Taking to her YouTube channel after the procedure, Molly-Mae unveiled her natural teeth transformation.

She admitted: ‘I am really not sure about it, I don’t know how I feel about it. These are my natural teeth… as you can see, it is a super different smile to my composite bond smile. 

‘My teeth are a lot smaller and don’t fill my mouth as much but yeah, this is the natural me.’

Molly-Mae pointed out that they were a ‘bit yellow’ due to not being touched for two years due to the composite bonds.

The reality star added that she was ‘lucky’ that her teeth were left in good condition and admitted that having composite bonds fitted aged 19 wasn’t a ‘smart move’.

Composite bonding is usually used for filling chips, fractures or gaps between teeth or for fixing discolouration.  

Molly-Mae revealed that she was returning to the dentist to have her teeth whitened and that she will be using Invisalign, which are clear aligners to straighten teeth, on the bottom of her mouth.

Smiling to the camera as she proudly showed off her teeth transformation, the reality star declared that it was the ‘natural me’ after also dissolving her face filler.   

Prior to the unveiling, Molly-Mae explained her reasons for reversing the dental work and admitted she was ‘turning over a new leaf’ amid her ‘natural’ cosmetic overhaul.

She said: ‘I’m going to the dentist as these composite bonds are leaving us… it’s time to say goodbye. I’m turning over a new leaf and going for more natural teeth.’

Molly-Mae added on her old teeth: ‘You can really see that they’re fake and you guys know I’ve been going through a bit of a journey to be more natural.

‘I’ve had my fillers dissolved and just really trying to strip everything back, the next step for that is my teeth.’

Molly-Mae continued: ‘I do think now it’s time to strip myself back a bit, remember, I’m on 21!’ 

She added that at a ‘young age’ like herself, she doesn’t ‘necessarily need’ composite bonds. 

Although Molly-Mae insisted that she didn’t regret the dental work, she said: ‘I don’t regret getting my composite bonds. When I got them, it was a huge deal for me. 

‘I was so happy when I got them. They saw me through two years of my life, the most important two years of my live ever.’

Earlier this year, Molly-Mae, who recently had her hair extensions removed, admitted that she wanted to ‘reverse all the mistakes I made’  and go back to a more ‘natural’ look.   

Molly-Mae has recently been on a mission to return to her natural looks after she previously got her lip fillers dissolved late last year.

She recently begged her young fans to ‘just wait’ before undergoing cosmetic tweaks.  

Molly-Mae warned how she underwent procedures she ‘didn’t necessarily need to get done’ and should have waited for her face to mature before having work done.  

Speaking via her Instagram page recently, Molly-Mae said: ‘I had my composite bonds removed recently, after having two years of having my natural teeth covered. I now have my natural teeth back.

‘I’m just so happy that I don’t have teeth like the wicked witch of the east because I genuinely thought that when my composite bonds got taken off I would have like orange decayed teeth because these haven’t been touched for two years.

‘I didn’t know what to expect. My natural teeth are now back. I do wanna whiten them a little bit more. 

‘I wasn’t gonna show you them this soon but whatever, we’re all friends on here. I’m so glad I did it. 

‘I think I’ve taken all the steps I wanna take now in terms of reversing all the mistakes I made with the fillers, getting things done that I didn’t necessarily need to get done and that I didn’t really think through at the time – about two or three years ago now.’ 

The reality star explained how she had the composite bonds done just two days before she went into the Love Island villa. 

Molly-Mae insisted: ‘I don’t regret it but it just wasn’t a necessary thing to do and I was just young. I think when you get older, you want to look younger and when you’re younger, you want to look older.’ 

She urged her younger followers to be cautious, by saying: ‘Take my advice and just wait. Wait a good few years until your face has matured, until you get a little bit older and then make decisions about cosmetic work and stuff.’ 

The TV personality drove her point home by captioning her video: ‘Please don’t make the same mistakes I did.’

The colour of the resin is matched to the person’s teeth and it is a non-invasive procedure, unlike crowns or veneers.  

Molly-Mae also got her lip fillers dissolved late last year and later told her fans on social media that she had been considering getting rid of her it for six months prior. 

The former Love Islander had been getting filler in her lips since she was a teen and admitted she didn’t know how to feel after having them dissolved. 

She said at the time: ‘Nothing in there, they were rock solid, look how line-y they are now with no filler. I’m weirdly happy about it, I don’t know how to feel, I’ve gone back to 15-year-old me again.’

Filming her lips up close, she added: ‘These are my lips before, they have lumps in, bumps in, they are uneven.’ 

The reality star later discussed how she felt about returning to her natural look, saying: ‘Oh my god it doesn’t even look that different! I was just FaceTiming my sister and we were both crying at how small my lips have gone!

‘This is completely and utterly swollen they are going to be way smaller than this tomorrow I can tell. When I got in the car I was traumatised as they were so swollen.’
