Aayeh said to make the burger you’ll need an egg, half an avocado, tomato, butter lettuce, caramelised red onions and your choice of sauce.
Aayeh likes using red onions over white onions, thanks to their sweetness.
First of all, slice your onion and tomato finely and mash half an avocado in a bowl, adding salt and pepper if you wish.
You can then toast both halves of your bun lightly in a saucepan on the stove.

Once this is done, add your sliced onion to the pan, before frying an egg and sprinkling some salt, pepper and Cajun spice on top of it while it cooks.
Spread your avocado on the bread, before adding your lettuce, tomato and caramelised onion to one side.
Then, spread sauce on the other, before putting your egg inside and slicing the bun in half.
‘This is delicious,’ Aayeh commented, as she tucked into the burger.
