Portia de Rossi was rushed to hospital on Friday with appendicitis.
The 48-year-old actress underwent emergency surgery and is now home and ‘doing well’ according to a report by People.
It was Portia’s wife Ellen, who took the star to get medical attention on Friday.
‘Ellen rushed Portia to the hospital on Friday night, she was in a lot of pain,’ a source told the publication. ‘It was appendicitis and she had surgery.’
