The 41-year-old showed off her incredible figure in a very high cut neon swimsuit during the session – a result of her regular Pilates classes.
Makeup free, the mother-of-one also flaunted her flawless and line-free complexion.
On the same day, Michael jetted off to Wangaratta to attend the wedding of his glamorous personal assistant, Sasha Armstrong.
He was spotted boarding a private jet earlier in the day, rocking a sporty but casual look in black shorts and a white long-sleeved sweatshirt.

Sasha has worked as Michael’s personal assistant for around seven years.
The blonde beauty officially got engaged to longtime partner Tyler Robinson back in 2019.
At the time, Michael publicly congratulated the PA in a gushing Instagram post.
‘Absolutely pumped for these two lovebirds,’ Michael wrote. ‘Congratulations guys!’
Sasha returned the love, commenting underneath the photo: ‘Thank you so much, boss! We can’t wait to celebrate with you.’
Meanwhile Pip and Michael’s relationship came to an end last month.
While they were inseparable for much of the relationship, neither has featured on the other’s Instagram since Australia Day.
When contacted about their split at the time, Pip told Daily Mail Australia: ‘I have no comment, no comment at all.’
Sources close to the pair said while they have gone their separate ways, they remain good friends and the split was ‘amicable’.
Another said that despite the couple’s propensity for loved-up Instagram posts, over recent times ‘things had been rather rocky’.
Pip and Michael are believed to have started dating shortly after the sports star split from his wife of seven years, Kyly Clarke, in September 2019.
Michael and Kyly announced their split in February last year, around the same time Pip and Michael denied they were an item.
Meanwhile, Michael and Kyly remain on good terms as they co-parent five-year-old daughter Kelsey Lee.
