Harrison Ford proves that he can still move with grace as he arrives at a tennis lesson in Brentwood

Harrison Ford, 78, carries a heavy tennis bag on his way to another match… as he prepares to shoot his fifth Indiana Jones movie

Harrison Ford was seen arriving at a tennis lesson in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood on Friday morning.

The 78-year-old actor was first pictured pulling a large gear bag out of his car while holding a reusable coffee mug before carrying his things onto the tennis court.

The star has been staying in top shape as he will soon begin filming the fifth Indiana Jones movie.

Ford was dressed for the training session, as he wore a form-fitting black sweater on top of a long-sleeve green athletic shirt.

He paired his tops with a set of compression pants, which clung tightly to his still-impressive figure as he strolled across a street.

The Star Wars actor finished off his outfit with a pair of white athletic trainers, which stood in stark contrast to the predominantly dark tones of the rest of his clothing.

Ford wore a black facial covering during his time in public to keep himself protected amid the global pandemic.

Although the actor appeared to be taking it easy during his tennis lesson, he is currently prepping for the production of the upcoming fifth Indiana Jones film.

The last entry in the series was 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which dominated the box office but polarized longtime fans of the series.

Since the last film’s release, a fifth film has been in development hell, which the production team also experienced on the fourth feature.

Talks about the storyline and direction of the next Indiana Jones feature commenced shortly after the fourth movie’s release but quickly stalled due to the complicated scheduling process of many of the figures involved.

Efforts to get the picture off the ground were further stalled when Lucasfilm, which originally owned the rights to the series, was acquired by The Walt Disney Company in 2012.

The fifth film’s original release date was initially set for 2019, although this was later pushed back to 2020 and once more to 2022, where it currently stands.

Ford has been confirmed to be returning to his iconic role, and although original series director Steven Spielberg was originally set to helm the feature, he later passed the torch to James Mangold.

The Forrest Gump director will still be involved in the project and will serve as an executive producer alongside series co-creator George Lucas.

During an interview with Collider, executive producer Frank Marshall commented on Mangold’s move to the director’s chair and noted that the filmmaker was getting along well with the franchise’s star.

‘He’s a wonderful filmmaker. I think he also has a relationship with Harrison. It was all of the right pieces coming together, at the right time,’ he said.

The producer also commented on the changes that the COVID-19 pandemic would make to the state of physical production for movie crews in the future.

Marshall said, ‘You won’t see a lot of big crowd scenes, for example, for awhile…It’s a moving target right now. There are a lot of people working on the solutions, to be able to work and be safe.’
