And Amber Davies set herself a new goal of completing cold water therapy on Thursday, which involves plunging into a bath of freezing water to improve cognitive function and overall health.
The former Love Island star, 28, proved that third time’s a charm as she sported chic athleisure clothing while managing to submerge her whole body – aside from her face – under water on the third attempt.

While rocking lilac shorts and a scarlet crop top, Amber braced for a quick dip in the plunge pool.
She wrote alongside the clip uploaded to her Instagram Story: ‘Today I started my cold water therapy. And this morning made me realise how much I actually need this, my brain was telling me this was FAR too cold & not to get in it!
‘This time was my THIRD ATTEMPT OF THE DAY. Although I was getting frustrated with myself I was getting closer each time!’ (sic)
The West End star added: ‘A huge thank you to @chloeferns for reminding me I am absolutely capable.

She hesitantly descended into the water and breathed heavily as her body adjusted to the ice-cold temperature.
The reality star proceeded to list the benefits of cold water therapy. She penned: ‘Stress reduction; Faster recovery from physical exercise; Enhanced creativity; More focus and mental clarity; Improves sleep; Boosts immune system.

The former Love Islander let out a shrill whimper as she hastily jumped out of the small bath in her garden.
‘Had to keep this sound on,’ she wrote alongside a crying laughing emoji. ‘But I’m so happy it happened this way because it’s made me even more determined.
‘Although I failed the first few times I made sure to go back and try again.
‘I was so scared but on the other side of fear is growth. And I DID IT [OK hand emoji].
‘Although I only did 10 second I’m going to push myself everyday!’ (sic)

Amber proceeded to share her first attempt in the ice bath, which she admitted was a ‘complete fail’.
The thespian released her towel as she tested the temperature of the water before gasping: ‘I can’t!’
She followed up with a second attempt which saw Amber standing upright in the pool, the water finishing at her knees.
‘Second attempt,’ Amber wrote on top of the video. ‘I couldn’t bring myself to put my body into the water.
‘And then the third attempt I did it… so this is your reminder to push yourself out of your comfort zone no matter what the situation.
‘Oreo wanted to join,’ she added as her adorable pooch jumped up against the pool walls in attempt to get involved.

The star will make her TV acting debut alongside Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt and JLS singer Aston Merrygold in the forthcoming season.
