The singer, 26, shared an absolutely heart-melting photo of Alev kissing her bare baby bump while wishing him a Happy Birthday in Turkish in the caption.

The couple’s special moment comes after Halsey changed her pronouns to ‘she/they’ on social media and reflected on the nuances of gender online.
The star was grateful towards supportive fans, replying with a ‘Thank you’ and a red heart on Saturday afternoon.
