And Elle Macpherson, 56, let fans in on one of her beauty secrets on Wednesday as she documented an ‘immediate liposculpture’ prodcedure she was having on Instagram.

Posting a before and after shot of her bare torso, Elle tagged Sheila Perez, the founder of the method that saw her stomach shrink in size immediately.

Elle has been dating disgraced former doctor Andrew Wakefield since late 2017 – but rumours are swirling things could be all over for the couple, who haven’t been seen together since they attended an anti-vaccine event in North Carolina in October – where Wakefield introduced Macpherson to the audience as ‘my girlfriend’.

Macpherson’s representative refused to deny the break-up on Monday when contacted for comment by Sydney’s Daily Telegraph, stating: ‘I’m not aware of anything. Elle is a very private person.’

While neither representative was willing to confirm or deny the split, the pair’s social media activity suggests they are living separate lives.

Macpherson, 56, recently returned from a retreat in Arizona, where she had gone to ‘heal and realign herself’.

‘A time to reset, rediscover, repose, realign with my authentic truth and values – I’m so deeply grateful for Mother Nature and all her beauty and her healing power.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Macpherson’s representative for further comment.

Macpherson has been spending time in Florida with her two sons, Arpad Flynn, 23, and Aurelius Cy, 18, in recent months.

Meanwhile, Wakefield is believed to live in Texas, nearly 2,000km away.

The pair had been the subject of engagement rumours in September when Macpherson was spotted with a ring on her wedding finger.

Her reps shut down the gossip at the time.

Wakefield is notorious for falsely claiming the MMR vaccine causes autism.

The discredited former doctor was struck off the British medical register in 2010 for unethical behaviour and misconduct after it emerged his ‘research’ was fraudulent.

He and Carmel, who settled in Austin, Texas, are believed to have separated in early 2017 after 32 years of marriage.

In November that year, he met Macpherson at a ‘Doctors Who Rock’ awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida.

The couple were first spotted kissing at a farmers’ market in Miami in 2018.
