Pip Edwards shares a cryptic post about ‘inner strength’ and ‘consistency’ following her split from Michael Clarke

She split from former Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke one month ago.

And Pip Edwards appeared to reference her struggles since the break-up in a cryptic Instagram post on Tuesday.

The fashion designer, 40, uploaded a photo of herself working out at a Pilates studio, alongside a rather telling caption.

Hidden meaning? Pip Edwards has appeared to reference her struggles with her split from Michael Clarke in a cryptic Instagram post made on Tuesday

‘Routine. Consistency. Challenge. Inner strength. You can do it,’ the mother of one captioned the post.

While the caption may have simply been referring to her workout philosophy, its message also rings true for people seeking the comfort of routine after a break-up.

Pip was performing a leg extension in the accompanying image.

The former Ksubi designer then shared a series of Instagram Stories in which she demonstrated her arm workout and ‘candlestick’ manoeuvre.

Pip’s cryptic post comes one month after her relationship with Michael Clarke, 39, came to an end.

While they had been inseparable for much of the relationship, neither had featured on the other’s Instagram since Australia Day.

When contacted at the time, Pip said: ‘I have no comment, no comment at all.’
