The confession came during an Instagram Q&A when a fan asked the former soap star: ‘How do you deal with the negative comments towards you?’

To which, Jacqueline replied: ‘I actually really don’t do well with this. I stay strong because the good outweighs the bad, but it’s a constant battle.

‘I also know I’m a bad b***h so we move.’

Earlier this month, Jacqueline spoke out about the extent of abuse she gets online and urged for action to be taken to stop cyber bullying.

She told her followers: ‘Listen, I’m quite shocked about how shocked people are about the abuse that we get online.

‘I put something up- which I rarely do – and I’m shocked at you guys’ response that you’re so shocked by it.

‘It’s every single day without fail there will be someone in the DMs being absolutely vile to me.’

Jacqueline continued: ‘There will be someone in the DMs being absolutely vile to every single person that’s in the public eye, saying horrible things, getting into their brains.

‘There should be something that’s done about it. Even something as simple as showing a form of ID before you get a profile.

‘We should all be held accountable for our actions. We shouldn’t be able to make seven different accounts to abuse the same person, so something should be done about it.’

Jacqueline had earlier outed a troll who took it upon himself to DM her with cruel comments after she shared she had lost half a stone.

Replying to a glamorous snap she had posted on her profile, the Instagram user told her: ‘You getting fat’ (sic).

He then continued to hurl abuse as he said: ‘You sure got a double chin’ and advised her to ‘keep up the weight loss’.

Alongside the screen grabs of their interaction, Jacqueline told her fans: ‘What a pr**k.’
