The newly-divorced Mentalist actor, 41, was spotted packing on the PDA with Australian fashion designer Laura May Gibbs last month as they hit the beach in Byron Bay.
Simon, who announced his split from his wife of almost 30 years Rebecca Rigg, 53, in January, put on a very tactile display as the couple rolled around in the surf together.
