In the caption, Tanya wrote: ‘So here are my Before/After pics from my 21 day challenge!! I’ll be honest, I started this journey for myself. I wanted to lose weight and have a bit of routine to get me through lockdown…

Back in January, Tanya was sharing more of her progress as she posted a duo on images, one curvier throwback and a recent shot showing her sensational weight loss, while revealing to fans that she was prepared to reveal all her secrets.
In the caption, Tanya gave a flash of her usual cheeky wit, as she revealed that she was on ‘a quest for trying to get a fit MILF (mum I’d like to f**k) body’ after revealing she was quitting booze ahead of her 40th in April and to help anxiety.

She went on to scoop her role on ITV2 reality show Real Housewives Of Cheshire, where she has starred since its inaugural series in 2014.
Tanya is married to former Manchester United star Phil Bardsley, 35, who she married in 2014, and is mum to Gabriella, Rocco, Renz and Ralphi.
She has undergone an overhaul in recent months after her entire household tested positive for coronavirus in November, leading to her focusing on her health.

Germ free: News of her platform comes after Tanya revealed she had her entire home disinfected after her household all tested positive for Covid-19 in November
She took to Instagram and shared snaps of a disinfection crew, who were dressed in hazmat suits and face masks for the task with Tanya saying it gave her and husband Phil ‘extra piece of mind to be clean and safe at such a scary time’.
Speaking in a video, Tanya added: ‘I’ve got Vaxinol in today just to get rid of all the germs because we’ve all had the Rona in this house. We’re all recovered obviously. Yeah, we’re just getting rid of all the germs and they’re cleaning the carpets.’
Although the household all came down with Covid, Tanya made a full recovery and didn’t miss filming the new series of RHOCH.
