A leading Harley Street cosmetic surgeon has revealed the six faces of modern beauty that are often requested by his high-powered clients.
Speaking to FEMAIL, Dr Riccardo Frati of Frati Cosmetic Surgery said feline faces like Bella Hadid and the doll-like ‘reality TV’ face of Kim Kardashian are popular choices among women wanting treatments.
He shared how the modern reality TV star style, with plumped up lips is becoming more popular, although many people still opt to look ‘timeless’ like Blake Lively or sport the classic ‘English rose’ looks like Emma Watson.
‘Our most requested face of 2020 was Bella Hadid, a feline look,’ he said. ‘She has flawless skin, angular features and the tip of her nose is super refined.
‘This can be achieved by a full or a tip rhinoplasty (nose job). Her skin glows and shows no signs of blemishes, which is likely to be due to regular facials and a strict diet and skincare regime.
‘This look can be achieved by a combination of non-surgical and surgical procedures such as – endoscopic brow lift, lip lift and or fillers, cheek fillers and rhinoplasty alongside radiofrequency skin tightening (Morpheus8) and hydrafacials’.

Feline face
Defining features: Small nose, tight forehead, cat-shaped eyes and raised brows
Examples: Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Megan Fox, Gemma Chan, Taylor Swift

Cat-like looks with a small nose and raised brows has become a trend in recent years, with celebs like Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid at the forefront.
‘Kendall appears to have had a brow lift or “ponytail lift” looking back at photos and I believe Bella has potentially had this too,’ Dr Frati explained.
‘This is an increasingly popular procedure in younger patients and could consist of a blephroplasty and a brow lift to raise the brow and open the eyes.
‘Bella also appears to have had a rhinoplasty, although I understand both deny any cosmetic surgery including fillers and Botox.
‘Megan Fox has always had a feline look, and a lot of the most wanted looks are based upon this look of a small nose and tight forehead, as well as a raised brow and cat shaped eyes,’ he added.
Timeless beauty face
Defining features: Strong jawline, small nose, a big smile
Examples: Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Blake Lively, Jessica Alba, Jameela Jamil

Kate Moss, 47, is known for standing the test of time and has been a mainstay on the cover of magazines since the early nineties.
Like actresses Sienna Miller and Blake Lively, Kate has ‘timeless beauty,’ according to Dr Riccardo.
‘Kate has a strong jawline and small nose,’ he explained. ‘Sienna Miller again has similar attributes including a strong jawline, small nose and warm smile.
‘Sienna has an English rose glow, her nose is small and defined at the tip and we could recreate this with a tip rhinoplasty or full rhinoplasty.
‘Blake Lively has a strong jawline, small nose, happy smile. She appears to have had a rhinoplasty looking back at older photos of her, and some lovely natural dental work.
‘We do get a lot of requests in clinic for Blake’s nose. To achieve this I would recommend a rhinoplasty procedure and as I believe she has had only a small reduction in the size of her nose, some tip refinement.
Modern Reality Star Style ‘Doll Face’
Defining features of reality star style: High plump lips and cheeks, big eyes, small noses, sometimes with large, slightly feline eyes and brows.
Examples: Chloe Ferry, Charlotte Crosby, Lauren Goodger, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner

Modern dollface style has two distinct brackets, modern reality face style popularised by British reality TV stars on shows such as The Only Way is Essex , with over plumped lips and tightened skin – as well as a slightly more feline look used by the likes of Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Two examples of celebs that sport this look is Chloe Ferry and Charlotte Crosby, both stars of MTV’s Geordie Shore.
‘Both have a distinctive doll look (some may similar to the much loved children’s Bratz dolls),’ Dr Riccardo explained.
‘Their lips and cheeks are high and plump, they have big eyes and small noses – a pretty doll like look.
‘To achieve this I would advise lip, chin and cheek fillers, Botox and a rhinoplasty’.

Similar to the plumped up reality TV star style is the ‘doll face’ – a variation of reality star style, which is often seen on US TV stars such as the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Like reality TV stars, those with doll face have plumped lips, big lips, and round lips, but more a feline eyes.
‘Kim and Kylie represent today’s beauty ideal for many,’ Dr Riccardo said. ‘They are flawless in appearance and have morphed into reality TV supermodels.
‘They are beauty idols for many of our patients, with angular yet soft features. They have round foreheads, high cheekbones, plump lips, small noses and large, slightly feline eyes and brows.
‘Kim and Kylie are also fans of skin laser treatments (all over the face and body). I believe this to be one of the reasons Kim has aged so well – she recently turned 40 and looks absolutely flawless.
‘To achieve a doll face patients generally would have a rhinoplasty, brow lift, dermal fillers and botox, along with a combination of skin tightening (Morpheus8) and laser (fraxel).’
Classic English Rose
Defining features: No fine lines, always glowing, strong angular jawline, ‘apple like’ cheeks
Example: Keira Knightly, Emma Watson, Natalie Portman, Anna Friel, Sophie Turner

‘Keira’s cheeks sit high and apple like – this could be achieved by using a dermal filler injected just above or on top of the patients cheek bone’ he added

Dr Riccardo also explained a classic ‘English’ look is popular among his clients, with many opting for the ‘upper class face’ recently popularised by the likes of Keira Knightly and Emma Watson.
Other stars with the delicate looks include Natalie Portman, Sophie Turner and Anna Friel.
‘Keira and Emma both have flawless English rose skin that they appear to have looked after well through the use of SPF too,’ Dr Riccardo explained.
‘They have no fine lines and are always glowing. Their jawline is angular and strong.
‘Both Emma and Keira’s cheeks sit high and apple like – this could be achieved by using a dermal filler injected just above or on top of the patient’s cheek bone’.
Features Face
Defining features: Several prominent features, strong jaw and nose, wide eyes that gives a striking effect
Examples: Rumer Willis, Princess Euegnie, Alexa Chung, Bella Cruise, Lena Dunham

Another popular type of face is the ‘features face’ which shows several prominent features such as strong nose and jaw that gives a striking effect.
These can be spotted on the likes of supermodel turned presenter Alex Chung, Princess Eugenie and actress Rumer Willis.
Others with the look include Lena Dunham, and Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise’s daughter Bella Cruise.
‘Alexa has soft features on her face such as plump lips and a softer nose, yet she has defined cheekbones and jawline.
‘This is what many people describe when they ask for a supermodel look. She has hollows below her cheeks which could be achieved using buccal fat pad removal,’ Dr Riccardo explained.
Meanwhile, he explained that Rumer Willis has a more prominent masseters (back part of the jaw) and jawline, like her mother, Demi Moore.
‘We are getting many enquiries regarding jawline fillers recently as sharp, strong jaws are highly desirable – this can be achieved using a dermal filler, guided and injected using a cannula technique,’ he added.
‘Princess Eugenie has a very natural wide eyed appearance. For those wanting a similar look who don’t have it naturally, this can be achieved by performing a blepharoplasty procedure, removing hooded eyelids and opening the eye.
