Olivia Munn is not letting quarantine interfere with her workout regimen.

The results of all of Olivia’s hard work were on display, with the star leaving the facility in an ab-baring crop top.

Olivia further accentuated her toned body with a pair of tight black leggings.

She wore a black face mask for protection against the coronavirus, and a pair of shades for relief from the sun.

Olivia’s silky brunette tresses were pulled up in a high ponytail, the perfect hairdo for a sweat-breaking working.

A blue flannel shirt injected a casual touch, whereas her chic leather purse added a sense of sophistication to the look.

A regular at the gym, Olivia has been particularly focused on her health ever since she was diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder fibromyalgia two years ago.

‘I wasn’t really sure what was going on with me,’ Munn revealed to People of her ongoing health battle. ‘I was going through a lot of different ailments for years and not knowing what was happening.’

‘I had to change my wellness routine pretty significantly. I had to be super thoughtful about what I put into my body,’ Olivia told the magazine.

‘I had to start eating gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free — I had to cut out a lot of things that I was used to having every day and things that I really loved.’

The overhaul in her lifestyle wasn’t easy particularly because she was schedule to go to Italy – the land of pasta, pizza, wine and cheese – the very next day after being diagnosed.

Ultimately, the choice was clear for the Oklahoma native. Her doctors laid out a grim future for her if she didn’t make better choices.

‘I had no choice, I was feeling so bad,’ she said. ‘I had to really listen to the doctor’s orders and cut all these things out.’

Munn shared some powerful advice from a doctor who told her to start practicing mindful eating.

‘He said, “You need to really work on your gut health, but the most important thing I can tell you is that whatever you eat, you need to really love it”‘, she recalled.

‘It’s not just about eating the healthy things and you’re not liking it. You have to find what you love to eat and drink because that will make a difference, because all the research has shown that when you’re happy, you create chemicals that are good for your whole body and your gut health as well.

‘When you are unhappy and you’re doing things that you don’t like, you’re eating things you don’t like, you will create other things in your body that are not good for you. In order to keep yourself healthy, you have to find things that you enjoy,’  she revealed. ‘That was so impactful for me.’
