The sumptuous west London home formerly rented by pop superstar Rihanna has had £4.5million slashed from its asking price after failing to attract potential buyers.
Originally listed for £32million by estate agency Aston Chase in September 2020, the sprawling eight-bedroom property in leafy St. John’s Wood is now available to buy at the reduced price of £27.5million.
The home, conveniently situated close to London’s famous Abbey Road studios, was previously rented by Rihanna, 33, for a two and half year period at a reported cost of £18,000 per week.
