Italian model Fabio Lanzoni leaves The Morning Show host Kylie Gillies outraged as he says Australian women ‘are more domesticated’

She’s the bubbly host of Channel Seven’s The Morning Show.

But on Thursday, Kylie Gillies was left outraged while interviewing Fabio Lanzoni on the breakfast program.

The 53-year-old was shocked when the Italian-American model, 61, said he wanted to marry an Australian woman because ‘they are more domesticated’.

During the video interview, Kylie’s co-host Larry Emdur asked: ‘We understand your single. Is that right?’

‘Yes and actually I’m coming to Australia because it is very well known for the most deadly snake but also the most beautiful women in the world,’ Fabio said.

However, he raised eyebrows when he then went on to describe Australian women as ‘domesticated’.

‘What do you mean, “domesticated”?’ demanded Kylie, as Larry winced beside her.

A shocked Kylie asked: ‘But you don’t expect us to be in the kitchen with an apron on, that’s not what you mean by domesticated, is it?’

The model went on to explain:’No. I mean you really know how to take care of a man.’

Fabio made his mark as cover model gracing dozens of romance novels in the 1980s and 90s.
