The new panellist, 40, joined Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore to discuss their breastfeeding experiences when she asked the former model, 49: ‘What about yours, Kimberly?’
The amused host – who has been married to the rock icon, 76, since 2007 – quickly quipped: ‘Um, I’m Penny!’ as she was mistaken for the American socialite, who is only eight years her junior.

Musician Rod shares his daughter, as well as son Sean, 40, with his first wife Alana Stewart, who were married for five years.
The singing sensation has fathered eight children in total, including two children during his second marriage with Rachel Hunter, daughter Renee, 28, and son Liam, 26.

Rod was married to the New Zealand model from 1990 until 1999 and eventually divorced in 2006.
The media personality also shares daughter Ruby, 33, with his model ex Kelly Emberg and has two boys with his current spouse; sons Alastair, 16, and Aidan, 10.
His first child – Sarah Streeter, 57, from his romance with then-art student Susannah Boffey – was given up for adoption after he fathered her at age 18.

Last week, Penny shocked viewers when she revealed she went out to dinner just hours after giving birth and getting stitches.
Making her first appearance on the ITV show since August, the photographer admitted to joining Rod at a restaurant shortly after the gruelling experience.
The host told how she left her mother at the hospital with her newborn shortly after welcoming her offspring into the world at around 4pm.
Recalling the moment, she said: ‘I gave birth about 4 o’clock in the evening, Rod had preempted and booked dinner presuming I’d be in hospital. But I thought, “Nope, I’m going to start as I means to go on” and I went for dinner with them.
‘Bare in mind I had stitches, and the nurses were really concerned. I said, “My brother is a paramedic.” We were just round the corner.
‘I was in euphoria for the few hours of giving birth. I had to sit with one cheek on the chair because of the pain, then my mum, who was at the hospital, called me and said, “Darling we need you back, your baby is crying for milk.”‘
