She’s the Golden Globe-nominated star of Emily in Paris, and she’s getting her ducks in a row to soon shack up with her hunky director fiance.
Lily Collins sold her home in Beverly Hills, California for the sum of $13.5 million on Friday, Realtor.com reports.
The British-American actress, 31, originally purchased the glamorous Hollywood Regency mansion for $1M less back in 2016.

And according to the New York Post, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom property comes equipped with several luxurious accoutrements, not the least of which is a lighted, sunken outdoor tennis court.
Other features include patinated copper roofs, smooth stucco throughout and a red brick privacy wall along with iron gates.
The 5,000-square-foot compound also boasts a brick driveway, a landscaped courtyard with a herringbone brick motor court, and whimsical details including a lion’s head fountain.
