Mary-Kate Olsen was seen enjoying a dinner with Brightwire’s founder and CEO,  John Cooper, at Estiatorio Milos on Friday night in New York City.

The 34-year-old fashion designer’s evening with the former investment banker marks her first public date since finalizing her divorce from Olivier Sarkozy last month.  

The duo, who were joined by another couple, indulged in white wine, fresh seafood and lively conversation as they dined al fresco at the Greek eatery.

As Olsen made her way to her chair, next to Cooper, she looked absolutely smitten with a beaming smile across her smile. 

Once seated, she took off her black beanie and the group exchanged hugs with their masks off amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Cooper looked comfortable as he took off his coat, before sitting down at their table.

For their outing, the Full House alum sported one of her signature all-black ensembles with a pair of sky-high black leather boots. 

Olsen completed her look with a edgy gold ear cuff, a handful of rings and her blonde hair in loose waves after removing it from a low ponytail. 

She and Cooper left the restaurant together wearing black facial covering to protect themselves from contracting the novel coronavirus.

Cooper co-founded the news analysis agency Brightwire, which provides real-time English-language summaries of events breaking around the world, in 2011. 

Last month, Olsen’s divorce was granted, nine months after their five-year marriage came to an end. 

The former couple’s settlement was signed off by a judge at the New York Supreme Court on Monday, January 25, US Weekly first reported.
