The Toorak residence was going for between $21million and $23million dollars, but according to Real Estate, it sold for ‘well over’ its price guide.

They then renovated the property, which added at least $7million to the price.
Unfortunately, the couple split in early 2018 and quickly moved out of the mansion.
With Toorak being one of Melbourne’s most exclusive suburbs, it’s no surprise that the home sold in just two weeks.
