On Wednesday, the 50-year-old once again revealed her inner-domestic-goddess-gone-awry when she whipped up an impressive spaghetti bolognese hat to match the family dinner she had planned.

Posting to her Instagram stories, Jessica admitted she planned on making the carb-loaded dish for dinner and wanted to make a headpiece that mirrored the Italian meal.
The nifty journalist began the process by using a soft pizza-hat as a base, and then stitched metres of yellow wool to it in a bid to mimic the appearance of pasta.
‘What has been concerning me is “What am I going to make the mince with?” The meat part… So I’ve decided to use the polystyrene balls that are inside my daughter’s beanbags.’
She even uploaded a photograph alongside her husband Peter Overton helping her.

The loved-up couple share two children, daughter Allegra, 13, and Giselle, 11.
Jessica is best known for her co-hosting role on Studio 10, which she stepped down from in March 2018 to spend more time with her family.
