Luke and Jasmin’s The Block 2020 home is listed for ‘SALE’ despite selling for $3,856,000 at auction

Luke and Jasmin’s The Block 2020 home is listed for ‘SALE’ despite already selling for a whopping $3,856,000 at auction

Luke and Jasmin’s luxury five-bedroom home in the Melbourne suburb of Brighton is still listed for sale on a real estate company’s website, despite having sold at auction.

The stunning property, boasting an expansive patio and plunge pool, is currently advertised on the Buxton Real Estate Group website, after it sold for a whopping $3,856,000 last year.

However the listing is just a glitch, with a source close to the company telling Daily Mail Australia that it’s not for sale and was accidentally listed in a clerical error.

On the website, the auction date of Saturday 21st November 2020 is still advertised.

There is still the option to ‘enquire now’ about the property or ‘get in touch’ with the company’s real estate agents.

Alongside five bedrooms, the abode also contains 4.5 bathrooms, a cabana area, rumpus and study area.
