Olivia Attwood nails casual style in Manchester after revealing wedding plans are ‘on pause’

She’s had to hit pause on her and fiancé Bradley Dack’s wedding plans amid the coronavirus pandemic, even considering pushing it back to 2022.

And Olivia Attwood was keeping busy as she stepped out and headed to a meeting in Manchester on Thursday.

The reality star, 29, looked effortlessly stylish as she donned a loungewear set which boasted grey flared trousers and a matching long-sleeved jumper top.

Olivia cut a casual figure in her laid-back outfit which highlighted her slim figure and featured a statement lining down the trouser legs.

The blonde beauty styled her long locks into perfect curls and wore her tresses down, letting them cascade over her shoulders as she stepped out of her car.

She accessorised her look with a selection of chic jewellery, including a pretty rose gold cross necklace from Burt and Gurt.

Olivia’s outing comes after she revealed her upcoming wedding is ‘on pause’ amid Britain’s ongoing coronavirus restrictions.

The TOWIE star told how the couple have done ‘everything they can do’ in terms of preparations but their wedding planner is currently on furlough and their venue is shut due to lockdown.

Speaking on Vicky Pattison’s The Secret To podcast, Olivia said she and Bradley, 27, have discussed pushing the wedding to 2022 because she is ‘losing the whole build-up’ to her planned June nuptials.

She said: ‘It’s a weird one, isn’t it? Wedding planning is going well, I’ve got an amazing wedding planner, we’re all systems go… all I can really say now is we’re on a pause.

‘We’ve done everything we can do to this point, so the wedding planner is on furlough, the venue is shut, we’ve kind of reached a point now where there’s nothing more we can do, it’s kind of a waiting game.

‘We’ve been having the conversation sort of the last couple of weeks on and off, just saying do we pull the plug on this and push it to 2022 or do we keep waiting?

‘We’ve not made a decision so for me to sit here and say we have would be wrong but I’m as the days go on I’m leaning more and more to pushing it because I don’t think any of us thought we’d be in this situation again now.

‘Jesus, you just don’t know. I think even if we could get the wedding over the line in June, with all the legal requirements, it’s like I’m losing the whole build up to it.’

Olivia and footballer Bradley announced their engagement in October 2019 after he proposed during a romantic trip to Dubai.

The former Love Island star also revealed that if things didn’t work out between her and Bradley, she would never date someone in the public eye again.

Olivia, who was previously in a relationship with fellow Love Islander Chris Hughes, said relationships with those also in the entertainment industry can become ‘competitive’ and ‘toxic’.

She said: ‘I think you and me are quite similar in a lot of ways actually but that is… I’m exactly the same I can be. I’m always in competition with myself as well, like I beat myself up when it comes to like work.

‘Like you say I want everything and I want it yesterday, so to have someone who isn’t like that is so essential and he’s not trying to compete with you, because they’re in their own lane, doing their own thing.

‘I know that Brad is going to be with me forever, but God forbid anything ever did go wrong and I was back on the f*****g dating scene I would never, ever date anyone from this industry again.

‘Completely swerve that because I think it just gets very competitive and get kind of toxic and it’s just nice to be with someone who is not.

‘They’ve got their own journey and lane and then you’ve got yours and you can come together and talk about it but you’re not in it together.’

Olivia also discussed her friendship with former Love Island host Caroline Flack, who tragically died in February 2020 at the age of 40.

The reality star described Caroline as a ‘mentor’ who gave her advice on how to deal with being criticised after she emerged from the villa.

Olivia said: ‘I hate even talking about it makes my stomach literally turn, but Caroline was such a mentor for me. She was very protective of me when I came out the villa.

‘I was getting a lot of stick and she’d been in the industry for how many years and obviously she’d had all the haters when she presented X Factor and gone through with the people she dated.

‘She used to give me so many good little nuggets and so many messages that she really put it in perspective.

‘To have someone like her attached to that show who knew first hand what it was like to have people judging you who didn’t know you – she was a massive support to me and a massive mentor.’

Vicky Pattison: The Secret To is available to listen to on Acast and all major podcast platforms. New episodes are released every Thursday.
