In the caption, Michelle hit out at the company and asked if a customer service representative could call her back at convenient time tomorrow.

‘Hi @telstra, so sorry but I couldn’t wait any longer,’ she wrote. ‘Do you reckon you could call me back tomorrow? Thanks, Mish.’

The post comes after Michelle revealed she was dreading sending her five-year-old son, Axel, to school for the first time this year.

In an interview with The Daily Telegraph last month, she said she was feeling ‘really emotional’ at the thought of her little boy starting school.

‘I will probably shed a tear,’ Michelle confessed.

‘I am a basket case at the best of times when it comes to my son but I will try not to embarrass him.’

Michelle said Axel has a ‘strong, wonderful and fun personality’, so she’s not worried about him fitting in and making friends.

‘My baby is going to school. I don’t know what happened to the last five years. It is quite overwhelming in a way,’ she added.

Axel is Michelle’s only child, and she shares him with her ex-partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis, another trainer she met on The Biggest Loser.
