Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel have a few more guests coming to their Shotgun Wedding, with Lenny Kravitz signing on.

The 56-year-old singer and actor has signed on to star in the Lionsgate action-comedy, according to Deadline. 

Also signing on according to Tuessday’s report is Cheech Marin, D’Arcy Carden, Selena Tan, Desmin Borges and Alex Mallari.

The story centers on Grace (Lopez) and Tom (Duhamel), who are preparing to bring both of their opinionated families together for their destination wedding.

What the families don’t know is the couple is having cold feet, but that all becomes secondary when the families are suddenly taken hostage.

Now Grace and Tom must find a way to save both of their families, without killing each other in the process.

Kravitz is set to play Sean, described as the ‘globetrotting ex of Grace,’ while Marin is playing Grace’s father Robert.

Carden is playing Robert’s new wife Harriet, while Tan is portraying Marge, the head of the resort where the wedding is to take place.

Borges is playing Ricky, the ‘permanently whiskey-buzzed embarrassing childhood best friend of Tom.’

Jason Moore (Pitch Perfect) is directing from a script by Elizabeth Merriwether (New Girl) and Mark Hammer (Two Night Stand).

Lopez is also producing with her Nuyorican Productions partners Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina, alongside Mandeville’s Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman.

Kravitz hasn’t starred in a movie since an uncredited turn in Zoolander 2 as himself, though he also played Cinna in The Hunger Games and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

The singer was recently seen in the Super Bowl ad for Stella Artoiss, asking fans to invest in their own lives and become a ‘heartbeat billionaire.’

Other film roles include Lee Daniels’ The Butler and Precious plus guest starring spots on Star, The Simpsons and Better Things.
