Moonman’s breakfast nudie run: Radio host Lawrence Mooney strips down to his underpants at the Triple M studios after the air conditioning broke down
Things went off the rails behind the scenes of Triple M Sydney’s Moonman in the Morning breakfast show on Thursday.
Host Lawrence Mooney grew frustrated with the hot and stuffy studio, so stripped down his underpants and went from an impromptu nudie run.
The funnyman, 55, took off his clothes after arriving at work to discover the air conditioning system wasn’t working properly.

‘Good morning, do you have any idea when the air conditioning is going to be fixed up?’ Lawrence asked as he walked around in his underpants and boots.
‘Umm no. They keep promising it’s going to get fixed but I’m not sure,’ a stunned producer responded.
‘Well, it’s pretty hot in there,’ Lawrence said, to which the staffer cheekily replied: ‘That’s not the only thing that’s pretty hot.’
Triple M producer Jana Hocking also shared a photo to Instagram of Lawrence hosting the show in his underpants, and wrote: ‘Just another day in the office.’

It’s not the first time Lawrence has managed to put a smile on his colleagues’ faces.
Last year, the breakfast radio host attempted to ‘flip a couch’ with a producer, but the stunt backfired during an ad break.
Footage of the terrifying moment showed the two counting down before jumping up on the sofa to push it on its side.

His producer managed to flip the sofa over and land on the other side, but Lawrence misplaced his foot.
The unfortunate mistake caused him to fall backwards and land on the floor behind him, almost knocking over a nearby table.
As producers ran to help him, Lawrence’s co-hosts Jess Eva and Chris Page could be heard laughing in the background.
