And Jacqueline Jossa has admitted she’s still got a ‘while to go’ in her ‘healthy reboot plan’ after already losing more than half a stone.

The former EastEnders star, 28, told fans she was feeling ‘really good’ after sharing a glimpse of her weight loss last week, as she showed off her toned abs in a red crop top.

Jacqueline spoke about her weight loss journey during a Q and A with her fans, after confessing she’d struggled to stick to her new healthy eating plan.

She said: ‘I have tried to be as good as possible, you guys know I’m on a bit of a healthy reboot plan.

‘I don’t think it’s going to be detrimental to anything I think we’re gonna be fine, I still feel really good and I definitely haven’t eaten as much as c**p as I normally would during those times.’

Jacqueline was then asked about her progress in sticking to a workout regime, with the star confessing: ‘Let’s face it I haven’t been doing much but I am going to try and do at least four workouts a week from now on.

‘I’ve said it here so I have to, so it’ll between HIIT sessions and two cardio, so a run or high intensity walk and then weights.’

Last week Jacqueline shared a glimpse of her weight loss as she filmed a video for her Instagram Stories in a crop top.

She said: ‘Everybody is saying to me in the DM’s that you look like you’re losing weight.

‘I am losing weight, I’ve lost over half a stone. I’m really happy, I’ve got a long way to go.

‘But I’m feeling good, more confident and positive. It’s changing my mood most importantly.’

The star said she had started a new fitness routine but kept coy on the exact exercises she was doing.

She said: ‘I need to know what I’m doing is correct and right for me before I share it with you guys, because I don’t want to be messing with your lives.’

She continued: ‘My Fitbit is really helping me, just to get the steps in. When lockdown happened I put on weight.

‘Lets face it after the jungle I lost weight in a really weird way because you just basically starve for three weeks and when you come out you eat all the food.

‘Then lockdown happened which did not help me in the slightest. I’ve got a long way to go to hit where I want to be.

‘Not necessarily weight wise because I’m trying not to focus on the scales as much but just about how my clothes fit, how I look and how I feel.

Adding that she and husband Dan Osborne were both on a health kick, she said: ‘It has changed so much in the last month, me and Daniel have been eating so good and Daniel feels amazing.’

The video comes after Jacqueline recently revealed she went to a therapist during lockdown in 2020, amid her marital woes with Dan.

‘It felt like everybody wanted to watch me fall apart,’ she told The Sun. ‘I kept it in for a while, but then over lockdown it was a really good time and place for Daniel and I to go through everything — an opportunity for us to talk through it all.

‘For me, this meant turning to therapy. And because of that, I couldn’t be in the same house as Dan. There was no big argument or bust-up, and there were no other girls. Moving out was literally how I had to deal with it.’

Claiming she needed ‘space’ from her husband, she went on: ‘It really, really helped, especially in terms of communication, teaching us how to talk to one another better.

‘Therapy is a really good thing, whether for yourself or for a couple. I don’t understand why it’s still frowned upon.’

Dan blamed the pressures of lockdown on the situation, adding that entertaining their children plus not being allowed their usual freedoms became too much and that they just needed ‘time apart.’
