‘I think I’m going to throw up!’ Married At First Sight teases pre-wedding jitters as a new batch of brides and grooms prepare to meet their partners for the first time

The eighth season of Married At First Sight is fast approaching.
And on Tuesday, Channel 9 dropped two teaser clips that offer fans a sneak peek at a few of the brides and grooms on their way to their weddings.
If the new promo is anything to go by, this year’s experiment will feature a mix of personalities – with some feeling confident, while others are left second guessing their decision to marry a stranger.

In the first promo, we see blonde bride Beth Moore, a Perth based retail worker who admits she is feeling ‘nervous’ at meeting her mystery groom.
Viewers are then introduced to mother-of-three Joanne Todd who is hoping to find The One.
‘I’m feeling a teeny-tiny bit of cold feet,’ she tells a friend.

‘Hey, I’m Coco, just like a chocolate milkshake, only crunchy,’ she laughs off.
Viewers are then introduced to blonde bride, Melissa Rawson, who appears to be overwhelmed by the experience.

At another point, we see over excited bride Belinda Vickers.

A second video reveals this year’s male participants appear more optimistic about meeting their brides.
Charity CEO Jake Edwards is heard telling the camera: ‘I’m definitely ready to meet my wife.’
Meanwhile, Bryce Ruthven, a Canberra based radio presenter appears to be second guessing his decision.
