Gavin Rossdale steps out with his pet pup as he delivers a bouquet of Valentine’s Day flowers

He’s known for being a doting dog dad to his much-loved Pomeranian, Chewy. 

And Gavin Rossdale looked cheerful as he picked up a beautiful bouquet of flowers while walking his pet pooch in Los Angeles on Saturday. 

The Bush frontman, 55, seemed to be delivering an arrangement of brightly coloured roses for a mystery recipient the day before Valentine’s. 

The Glycerine singer kept things casual in an eye-catching red T-shirt with oil and gas warning light symbols printed on the shoulder. 

He paired the top with statement two-tone denim and white trousers and masked up in a black face covering. 

Gavin completed the striking ensemble with camouflage high tops as Chewy happily trotted along the pavement beside him. 

His romantic gesture comes after Gavin became the topic of intrigue in October when his ex-wife of 14 years, Gwen Stefani, 51, got engaged to her boyfriend Blake Shelton. 

The pair announced the news on October 27 via social media with Gwen Stefani captioning the image, ‘yes please!.’  

Gavin had previously told People magazine he was unlucky in love, saying: ‘I keep getting screwed up and screwed over in all these relationships.’ 

‘I’m not very good at them,’ he revealed. ‘I had a divorce, I had a long-term girlfriend — that went to s*** — and I don’t have a girlfriend now, even though everyone seems to think I do. You get burned by that stuff.’    

Gwen and Gavin share three children Kingston, 14, Zuma, 12, Apollo, six.

‘It may be too difficult to combine being a devastating single dad with the attention required for a beautiful girl,’ Gavin joked to People. 

‘I’m trying to find my feet on that one. Its unresolved,’ he said.
