Chris Pratt proves he’s willing to go the distance for love as he flies back from Australia to celebrate Valentine’s Day with wife Katherine Schwarzenegger

Chris Pratt is willing to travel far for love – 8,152 miles to be exact – as he flew back from filming his new movie Thor: Love And Thunder in Australia to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Katherine Schwarzenegger. 

The 41-year-old actor held hands with his 31-year-old wife as they spent a romantic weekend in Santa Barbara. 

Katherine looked festive in a red and pink sweater as she held her man close, the duo getting in some quality time without their newborn daughter Lyla Maria who was safely under the care of their nanny for a few hours.

Pratt has been filming the latest installment of the Marvel film in Byron Bay for the past month, but knew the importance of returning home to see his lady love and their daughter who was born in August. 

 A fun-filled outing, the pair were seen browsing antique shops and looking at patio furniture – the usual married stuff – as they picked up coffee and some sandwiches along the way. 

The Gift of Forgiveness author pair the two-tone sweater with some light-washed denim and a pair of furry slippers. 

She strapped a black backpack over her shoulders and protected herself in a green face mask, her hair clipped back in a no-fuss updo.

The Guardians Of The Galaxy star kept it casual in black jeans and a grey T-shirt, bringing his usual American flag cardigan for an extra layer while rocking a baseball cap. 

He slipped his mask off for a short period of time as they caught up, having not seen each other in person for a few weeks. 

She paid tribute to him on Instagram, naturally referring to him as her ‘valentine,’ while sharing a loved-up selfie. 

Looking super clean shaven in the snap, her followers – including brother Patrick Schwarzenegger – were quick to comment on his youthful appearance.

‘YOU LOOK 30!!,’ Patrick wrote, as others commented that he looked ‘unrecognizable,’ one marveling ‘Is it even the same guy?!’

Currently spending long hours on set while reprising his role as Star-Lord alongside Marvel vets Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie) and newcomer Christian Bale (Gorr the God Butcher), the physical nature of the movie could have something to do with it. 

Upon flying back to film he will assumably be subject to yet another fourteen day quarantine per CDC mandates. 

Ahead of arriving in January he said in an Instagram live with actor Tom Holland: ‘I’m excited to go to a country that took the lockdown very seriously and eradicated the disease and now they’re fully up and back to normal.’
