Married At First Sight Australia’s sixth season began airing in the UK in January, and it’s fast becoming the country’s most popular reality show.

And Nic Jovanovic’s gracious tribute to his ex-‘wife’ Cyrell Paule, which he shared on social media almost two years ago, is now going viral in Britain.

Viewers watching the show for the first time on E4 just saw Nic, 30, and Cyrell, 31, amicably part ways, and they’ve flocked to his Instagram post from March 2019 to commend him for being such a gentleman.

What a gentleman! Married At First Sight star Nic Jovanovic’s gracious tribute to his ex Cyrell Paule, which he shared on Instagram almost two years ago, is now going viral in Britain 

When his break-up with Cyrell aired on Australian TV two years ago, Nic shared a photo of the pair smiling alongside a sweet caption. 

‘To my dearest ex-wife Cyrell. Firstly, I want to thank you for sharing with me one of the most amazing and incredible experiences we will ever experience,’ he began.

‘From the moment we met we were laughing, making jokes, taking the p*** and ultimately having fun. It was a relief you were a bundle of fun from the start!

‘I know things weren’t always great between us. But I want you to know I cherished every moment we spent together; the good, bad and the cyclone.’

Nic told Cyrell he was grateful to have met her, even though their romance didn’t work out and they were better off friends. 

‘The way you put people you care about first before you worry about yourself is truly amazing,’ he wrote.

‘You have this really hard exterior, yet the inside is so full of love. You always have everyone’s back (who deserves it). You are an amazing judge of character and I applaud you for that.

‘What a wild journey! Thank you so much for all the love and kind words from everyone who enjoyed the show in the UK and Ireland!’ he wrote. 

‘What is everyone’s thoughts and feelings towards our wild season? Crazy or what?’ 

Nic, a tradesman from Newcastle, New South Wales, shot to fame on 2019’s season of Married At First Sight alongside his fiery temped ‘wife’ Cyrell.

He has remained single since the experiment, but Cyrell has settled down with Love Island Australia star Eden Dally, with whom she shares a one-year-old son, Boston.
