Tina Knowles-Lawson posts throwback of daughter Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland singing Lovefool

On Tuesday, Tina Knowles-Lawson shared a silly video of her eldest daughter Beyoncé and ‘bonus daughter’ Kelly Rowland singing The Cardigan’s Lovefool.

In it, the former Destiny’s Child bandmates bounce around with an unidentified gal pal while belting the 1996 track karaoke style in a kitchen.

‘I remember this day like it was yesterday,’ the 67-year-old Texan captioned the vintage clip to her 2.9M Instagram followers.

‘Everyone had come home for the Thanksgiving holiday. They were so young and silly.’

The 39-year-old R&B songstress – now a 24-time Grammy winner – pulled lots of faces as she mugged for the camera in the home movie.

Even in a casual setting, Beyoncé naturally upstaged both ladies years before she would break out on her own for solo fame.

The Swedish band are still considered one-hit wonders for their nineties codependency anthem, which peaked at No. 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart.

Lovefool was also famously featured on the soundtracks for Romeo + Juliet, Cruel Intentions, and Virgin Territory.

Tina was likely inspired after watching Kelly Clarkson cover the same song for a ‘Kellyoke’ segment on Tuesday morning’s episode of her NBC daytime talk show.

The Ivy Park designer recently shared a 67th birthday tribute to her ‘beloved matriarch’ by posting a snap of Knowles-Lawson, age 38, in 1992.

‘You are my Queen, my heart, my strength, the bone in my spine,’ Beyoncé – who boasts 261.2M social media followers – gushed on January 4.
