He confirmed his shock split from his wife Zoë Ventoura on December 13, after five years of marriage.
And on Wednesday, Daniel MacPherson, 40, shared a cryptic message on Instagram about ‘choices and happiness’ in the wake of his break-up, alongside a beaming picture of himself by the sea.
‘Remember the thousands of little choices, actions and behaviors that led you to moments of happiness,’ he wrote.

Dan and his ex-wife, 39, have remained close friends since their break-up in December, and are happily co-parenting one-year-old son, Austin Xavier.
The pair announced their split on Instagram just before Christmas.

‘With the greatest respect for each other, Zoë and I have separated,’ Daniel captioned a photo of them both overlooking a sunset.
He continued: ‘Together, we will continue wholeheartedly to raise our beautiful boy Austin. He is, and will forever be, our greatest priority.
‘We ask for your respect and will be making no further comment.’

The couple first met on the set of TV series Wild Boys in 2011, and became engaged over Christmas 2014 after four years together.
They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Noosa, Queensland, in 2015 in front of close friends and family. They welcomed their little one, Austin Xavier, in December 2019.
Just last month, the friendly exes were seen taking their son for a stroll in Sydney, looking very comfortable and happy as they chatted in the sunshine.
