Feud costars Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange take a shared stroll through a snowy park in NYC

Feud stars Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange prove they are still close years after playing Bette Davis and Joan Crawford as they stroll in snowy NYC

Susan Sarandon and Jessica Lange appeared to be enjoying each other’s company on Monday morning.

The actresses were spotted taking a walk through Hudson River Park in Manhattan’s Downtown area.

Sarandon and Lange co-starred in the 2017 miniseries Feud, which followed the antagonistic dynamic between Bette Davis (played by Sarandon) and Joan Crawford (played by Lange) during the shooting and subsequent release of the 1962 film What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?

Sarandon, aged 74, stayed cozy in the freezing temperatures by wearing a sizable maroon overcoat.

She paired her outer layer with a set of cuffed blue jeans and high-top leather boots.

The Thelma And Louise actress kept her head warm with a large orange cap and ensured that her hands stayed comfortable in a pair of white gloves.

Lange, aged 71, wore a puffy black overcoat that had been zipped up to her neck.

Like her costar, the Grey Gardens actress wore a pair of blue jeans and boots during her time outside.

Her gorgeous blonde hair glistened in the sun as she strolled down a walkway.

The actresses both wore facial coverings to keep themselves safe while stepping out together.

Feud was a massive hit for Lange and Sarandon who managed to skillfully play the Golden Age actresses.

Feud received highly positive reviews upon its release, with much praise going towards Lange and Sarandon’s performances.

The actresses were nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for their roles on the show.

The series would win in the annual show’s Outstanding Hairstyling for a Limited Series or Movie and Outstanding Makeup for a Limited Series or Movie (Non-Prosthetic) categories.

Other members of the cast included Catherine Zeta-Jones, Kathy Bates and Kiernan Shipka.

The 55-year-old Murphy envisioned the show as being the first in an anthology series, although the idea was later scrapped.
