‘He’s the biggest he’s ever been’: Chris Hemsworth’s body double says he’s struggling to keep up with Thor actor’s huge size… even eating seven meals a DAY
He risks his life by playing Chris Hemsworth’s body double for the blockbuster Marvel movies, Thor.
But daredevil Bobby Holland Hanton revealed on Monday that he’s struggling to keep up with the Byron Bay local’s jaw-dropping physique in recent months, due to Chris being the ‘biggest Thor he’s ever been’.
Speaking on Nova’s Fitzy & Wippa, Bobby, 34, said: ‘Everyone is like, “wow look at the size and him” – but I text him like, “thanks very much dude, you’ve just made this even harder!”‘

Bobby went on to say that he now finds eating a ‘chore’ because he has to cram in so many calories in to bulk up his physique.
He said the pair have to knock back ‘seven meals a day at just the right time’ in order to build muscle, and maintain their mammoth size.
‘Every two hours we’re eating. It’s become a chore. It’s full on,’ Bobby added. ‘I don’t enjoy eating at all.
‘He’s the biggest Thor he’s ever been, so I have to be the biggest I’ve ever been – which is a challenge, but I’m up for it. Look at him, he’s a man mountain!’

The hench muscle-man then joked he can’t get insurance due to his incredibly risky career choice – and even when he calls to request it, insurers ‘put the phone down’ on him each time.
‘Every time I say I’m a stunt guy, it’s just the phone tone,’ he laughed.
‘I’ve got insurance in parts as but it’s not easy to get it. Also they just don’t believe that you’re a stunt man – you have to go through this whole conversation to prove that you are!’
Chris, 37, and Bobby first worked together on Thor: The Dark World in 2013.
