Police say missing 13-year-old girl who disappeared in Bristol is found after returning home to her family

  • Julia, 13, has been found after returning home to her family in Bristol 
  • Avon and Somerset Police had launched urgent appeal to trace missing girl
  • She had last been seen at around 12.30pm in Easton, Britsol on Sunday 

Police today found a 13-year-old Bristol girl who disappeared on Sunday afternoon after launching desperate appeal.

Julia, no surname provider, had last been seen at about 12.30pm in the Easton area on January 31, Avon and Somerset Police said.

Today the force confirmed that she had ‘returned home safe’ after their appeals were shared ‘more than 25,000 times’.

A force spokesperson tweeted: ‘We’re pleased to confirm missing girl Julia has returned home safe. 

‘Our appeals were shared more than 25,000 times and a number of you also called in with information. We’re really grateful for all the support.’
